With just a 3 minute walk to the beach, this is a great option if you're looking for a clean, quiet and cozy place to stay in the Grace Bay tourist area. Guests have been enjoying the recently refurbished (Jan 2012) units with a full kitchen and furnished balcony.

1 BDRM GARDENVIEW / POOL SUITE

Newly renovated as of January 1, 2012 (renovation included new bedding, and linens). Each suite has a comfortable king sized bed with TV in bedroom, dining and living room area with a queen pullout sofa, a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings, suites features an open concept living/dining room and a separate bedroom with a king sized bed. The living room features a sleep sofa great for families with young children or extra guests. Also included is a spacious furnished balcony/terrace.

The Blue Water White Sand Resort (BWWS Resorts) is a newly renovated group of one and two bedroom suites located on Grace Bay Road in the heart of Providenciales’ famous Grace Bay beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This intimate boutique hotel offers full kitchens, flat screen televisions, complimentary wifi, and beautiful garden pool views. Grace Bay beach, rated number one in the world in 2010, is only a few steps from your patio.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is full forfeiture of deposit if written cancellation notice is received after that.

  • Subject to 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge
