Self catering accommodation has a spacious open-plan living area furnished with your comfort in mind. Your home away from home in vacation rentals on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses. 

Guests are provided with beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. Villas have hairdryers too.

Pool and patio offers a comfortable retreat, a place to read a book or a rest in the sun.

Shaded tiki hut is the place for an ice cold beer, a bite to eat or a barbecue where an outdoor grill is available. WiFi internet access available.

Villas have their own private stone patios for that morning coffee overlooking the lake.
50% deposit to confirm the booking and the remaining 50% is put through 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

All cancellations prior to the 30 days before arrival would result in a refund of the deposit less a 15% cancellation fee.

Any cancellation within that 30 day period may not give us the ime needed to get a re-booking for the vacancy created.

If we're unable to re-book, we would not refund your payment however if we are able to re book the villa, we would refund your payment less the 15% cancellation fee.
