Buildings 1 through 4 contain four interior and two exterior (end) units. The buildings are positioned to form the four sided courtyard, where an 18' X 30' freshwater pool awaits. Green lawn, tropical plants and mature palm trees surround and shade the pool.

Each of the townhouses provide a comfortable 1,100 square foot floor space over two levels. The ground floor presents a bright and welcoming first impression, augmented by open concept living/dining space. A bank of sliding glass doors open onto an individual terrace. Privacy is provded by the neatly groomed wall of shrubs that enclose the pool and garden.

The upper floor is divided between two good-sized bedrooms, with ample closet space, and a mutual bathroom. A full width private balcony is attached to the master bedroom and a small deck is accessible at the head of the stairs.

A full size kitchen features electric range, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area, kitchen and bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, floors have ceramic tile throughout, stairs are carpeted. Furniture is attractively tailored to a tropical lifestyle.

Island Club Townhouses are 900 feet back from the Grace Bay shoreline, across from an access road to the beach. The area is a 20 minute ride from the airport, and enjoys all amenities associated with up-scale tourism. Our First Class Golf Course is five minutes from the front door; Leeward Going Through, home of the marina and restaurant with water-sports and out-island tours offered daily, is a 10 minute drive.

At the time of reservation a deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required within 72 hours payable by credit card. No booking will be considered confirmed if payment is not received.

The balance in full is due at the time of arrival payable either by credit card or in cash. NO checks, travelers
checks or money orders.

Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is a full forfeiture of deposit when written cancellation notice is received 21 days or less from scheduled arrival date.

The deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made prior to 21 days from the planned arrival date. A
cancellation fee of US$80.00 will be charged in order to recover administrative and credit card expenses.
