The beachfront Villas are located on Victoria Street in the center of the historic north district of Salt Cay and close to all the island's activities and amenities. Humpback whales pass slowly by this beach on their migratory path south each winter. The Villas offer comfortable areas for whale watching, al fresco dining or enjoying the Caribbean sun and calming trade winds. The buildings surround a tiled, in ground, freshwater swimming pool with a spacious deck for entertaining or sunbathing. These elegantly furnished accommodations are available to rent weekly, monthly or on a longer basis.

The main Villa Frangipani is a two story building housing two spacious ensuite bedrooms, queen beds, large closets, jacuzzi bath tubs, ceiling fans and lots of windows to catch the refreshing ocean breezes. There is a futon couch in the upstairs sitting area. The Cottage, located on the opposite side of the garden patio, consists of an equally spacious ensuite bedroom, with queen bed, efficiency kitchen and living room with sleeper queen size sleeper sofa. Cabanas 1, 2 and 3 are luxury suites directly on the oceanfront. Each of the cabanas features one queen-size bedroom with a luxurious oversized bathroom and a spacious patio overlooking the Salt Cay waterfront and gorgeous sunsets to the west.
