Those looking to rest their head in a no-frills standard hotel room but want access to great food and the most perfect location on Grace Bay beach will love this option. Fantastic value and lots of charm with a casual vibe. Guest rooms that have a light, breezy decor and a serious emphasis on comfort.

Value Rooms

There are only a two of these rooms in the hotel – and they are often booked well in advance by returning guests. Like all of rooms in the property, the value rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV with CNN, CNBC and major networks, mini-fridge, ice bucket, coffee-maker, direct-dial phones with data port, in-room safe, hair dryer and clock. The big difference with these rooms is that they are entered directly from the courtyard and don’t have a sitting area just outside the door – so there is a little less privacy than other courtyard rooms. The rooms have double/twin beds (without headboards) or one queen-sized bed. They are adjoining rooms – so they are great for families that want to take both rooms and use the connecting door between the rooms!

Standard Courtyard Garden Rooms

Courtyard garden rooms are all on the first level of the hotel with easy access from your room directly to the beach, pool, restaurant or bar. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, mini-fridge, ice bucket, coffee-maker, wireless internet connection, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and clock. All rooms have a sitting area outside of the sliding glass window that looks out to the lush, tropical courtyard gardens. These rooms are a great way to enjoy your Caribbean vacation at great prices and still be just a few steps from Grace Bay Beach!

Balcony Ocean View Rooms

Balcony ocean view rooms have one king or two double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, mini-fridge, ice bucket, coffee-maker, wireless internet connection, in-room safe, hair dryer and clock. Ocean view rooms are all on the second level of the hotel with easy access from the gardens, beach, pool, restaurant or bar.



Premier Ocean Front Rooms

Ocean front rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV with CNN, CNBC and major networks, mini-fridge, ice bucket, coffee-maker, direct-dial phones with data port, in-room safe, hair dryer and clock. The big difference with these rooms is that they are directly in front of the beach! The rooms each have one queen-sized bed and an outdoor terrace with lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sun along with the view. If you like easy access to the beach, these rooms are for you!

The Beach Apartment at Sibonné

Even at twice the price, you won’t find an apartment closer to Grace Bay Beach. If you want to enjoy the advantages of a condominium but the intimacy of our small Caribbean hotel – the ‘Beach Apartment’ at Sibonné Beach Hotel may be for you. While many of the newer condominiums are more luxurious – none of them are as close to the beach as this apartment.
Great views up and down Grace Bay Beach are guaranteed by the apartment’s location on the second floor. Just 50 feet from the beach, your private terrace, screened dining porch and one bedroom apartment will make you feel at home!
With a full kitchen, living-dining room and separate bedroom with king-sized bed – our apartment offers amenities such as cable TV, direct-dial phones with data port, in-room safe, coffee-maker, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, sleep-sofa and easy access to our pool, bar and restaurant.
Guests return year after year – many used to stay at one of the more luxurious condominium resorts but now choose our apartment to be as close to the beach as possible. If you prefer a full beach-front apartment for your Caribbean vacation, make sure to book early – there's only one ‘Beach Apartment’ at Sibonné! For a stupendous deal on Grace Bay, book the one-bedroom upstairs apartment, detached from the actual hotel. It has a full kitchen (with pots, pans, plates, the works), a separate living room, a big, comfortable bed, and two oceanfront patios, one screened, one open — you’ll feel as if you have your own sunny beachfront cottage within spitting distance of the million-dollar sands of The Palms.

Sibonné was the first hotel built on Grace Bay Beach – so it enjoys the best position on the most famous beach in the Caribbean. Many of its guests have returned time and again since the hotel was built as ‘Le Deck’. With only 28 rooms, guests are just a short walk down the beach to some of the islands' most prestigious resorts including Point Grace, The Sands, The Alexandra, Somerset or The Regent Palms.

The glorious view from the restaurant – Bay Bistro – you will enjoy your breakfast each morning as you look out onto the beach and the aqua-blue waters of Grace Bay. Bay Bistro is one of the few restaurants on Grace Bay that offers fine dining with a beach front location and full ocean view from their dining room.

Cancellation policy: 

  • 12/21/10 – 01/05/11 – one month prior to arrival or be charged for entire stay.
  • 01/06/11 – 04/14/11 – 21 days prior to arrival or be charged 3 nights.
  • 04/15/11 – 12/20/11 – 14 days prior to arrival or they will be charged 3 nights.
  • No shows – will result in full forfeiture of entire stay.
