**Holiday Guarantee:  25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with an additional 25% due on July 1.  Balance is due November 1. 

Cancellation Policy:
Guests must cancel or change outside of 21 days from arrival to avoid forfeiting the 3 night deposit.  Early departures are a 3 night penalty or balance of the stay, whichever is shorter.
**Holiday Cancellation Policy:  For the period Dec 18 to Jan 2, cancellation notice must be received by November 1 to avoid full forfeiture of deposit.

Rate Notes:

• Rates are per suite per night and include continental breakfast.
• Rates exclude 11% government tax and 10% service charge. Minimum stay of seven nights is required during the holiday peak season.
• Rates based on double occupancy per bedroom.
