Villa Tropidero is a luxury beachfront villa located on the Turks and Caicos Island of Providenciales - Provo - BWI. The very private beach of Turtle Tail is situated southeast of the Provo airport. Tropical beauty and the consistently excellent weather of this island will take your mind off everyday life. Trade winds will cool you in our beautiful new villa with furnishings of a "time gone by" tropically elegant theme. Sunrise, sunset, stargazing, and beautiful full moons can be enjoyed from all of our astonishing postcard-view windows.

Villa Tropidero is a 4000 sq. ft. villa with three full bedroom suites all located on the second floor. Two junior suites and one master suite comprise the set and all have individual bathrooms complete with showers. All rooms are beautifully decorated in a bright, tasteful, Caribbean flair. Guarantee Policy:
There is a 50% deposit required to reserve Villa Tropidero.

Cancellation Policy:
Paid bookings will NOT be returned if reservations are cancelled within 60 days of visit. If you cancel in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 administration/ cancellation fee. In case of emergency, bookings can be moved to different dates at comparable rates with $500.00 administration fee. Must be accompanied by documentation as to emergency, i.e. physicians letter, if medical emergency, etc. Christmas and New Year’s Bookings must be paid in full at time of booking and there is a NO REFUND POLlCY, if the property cannot be rebooked for the same dates.

• All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
• An 11% government accommodation tax must be added to all rates.
• A refundable damage deposit is also required, which will be returned after your stay, provided there are no damages.
